Did you know that endometriosis affects around 10% of women? It's super common, yet the wide effect it has on the body is not always well appreciated. In a very general nutshell, endometriosis is a chronic pain condition that is caused when the cells that normally live within the uterus grow elsewhere in the body.

Chantelle shares her experience of living with endometriosis. Our hope in doing this episode is that you will grow in your appreciation of how endo affects those living with it (a la more than just bad period pain) and that if you are a person with the condition, you draw encouragement from the pain management options available to you, perhaps ones you hadn't considered.

If you struggle with endo belly, I've created this resource with 12 things you can do to deflate it1
